Shipping Policy

All artworks are shipped securely in durable mailing tubes or cardboard mailers to protect your prints from bending or damage in transit. Each order is carefully wrapped by me with protective paper and sealed end-caps — so your piece arrives in perfect condition and ready to frame 🎀

  • I ship every Friday! 📦

    And if you order on a Friday, I'll ship that following week :) This keeps things sustainable for me as it's just me packing, preparing, and shipping everything myself <3

  • Germany: approx. 2–4 business days

    EU: approx. 3–7 business days

    UK: approx. 3–7 business days (customs clearance may add a short delay)

  • Shipping has the following flat rates:

    Germany: DHL Tracked - €8

    EU: DHL Tracked - €15

    UK: DHL Tracked - £16

    ✨ All orders include tracking and I offer free shipping on all orders over €80!

  • Currently I only ship to Germany, the EU, and to the UK! (I'm working on adding more international shipping soon 🫂)

  • If you aren't happy with your order due to damage or a quality issue, you can return it and receive a full refund. If there's been no damage to the print, I just ask that you cover the cost of shipping <3

    Please email me at hello@mediocrepictures.shop with your order number within 14 days of receiving your package to arrange a return.

  • I'm so sorry! If a package is unable to be delivered and is returned to me, I'm happy to reship your order!

    Please double check your delivery address when placing your order and provide complete contact details to avoid delivery issues :)

    Mediocre Pictures isn't liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (domestically or internationally), and is not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery, such as package theft.

  • Nope! All prints arrived unframed :) You'll receive your poster(s) printed on either 140g or 160g paper, rolled up safely in a durable mailing tube or in a flat cardboard mailer.
